Elixir is a financial intelligence platform that processes financial documents, extracts key performance indicators, and provides AI-powered analytics and insights for investment professionals and board members.
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is processed solely to provide the Platform's services to you.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform provides AI-generated financial analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaly AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
